At accuRx, we're on a mission to transform healthcare communication. Our goal is simple: to change lives by fostering stronger connections between patients and their healthcare teams. Since our inception in 2016, our innovative technology has been revolutionizing the adoption of technology in healthcare, as well as the ways in which care is delivered. With £9m in Series A funding, accuRx has quickly become one of the UK's fastest-growing tech startups. In just two years, we expanded from servicing a handful of GP practices to over 50% of practices in England. Today, our platform is trusted by over 95% of GP practices across the country to facilitate their communication with patients. Additionally, we've recently expanded into the hospital sector, where more than 15% of hospitals in England have already adopted our technology. This is a testament to our vision: enabling seamless communication among everyone involved in a patient's care. In response to the unprecedented challenges posed by COVID-19, our team dedicated the months of March and April to develop new features that support frontline staff. Among these innovations was a video consultation service that skyrocketed from inception to 35,000 daily consultations in just eight weeks.
